My care philosophy is to listen and educate. As practitioners, we need to be better listeners to understand our patients’ goals and educate them on how we can achieve those goals together.
First and foremost, Lexi is a listener. She is driven by a desire to better treat patients by fixing the root causes of their conditions—not just prescribing “band-aids”—using her extensive training in integrative medicine coupled with her passion for aesthetics. This fresh approach has helped make her a nationally recognized leader in healthcare.
Lexi’s goal is to empower all of her patients to take control of their well-being and transform their health with innovative technologies and treatments.
When she’s not helping patients, Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband, supporting her children in their extracurricular activities (dance and weightlifting), making TikTok dance videos, and soaking up the sun on Florida vacations.

My first job was a pediatric nurse at Riley’s Children’s Hospital. I love helping kids.
I’m happiest when I am continuing to better myself and gain more knowledge that I can share with patients and other providers at the practice. I also enjoy helping other practitioners nationwide through the Yoo Direct Health Training Academy and providing information through my podcast, A Better Yoo Project.
In my spare time, I also enjoy working out, watching my kids in all their activities, and self-care.
