Laser Treatments
From resurfacing to hair reduction, our laser treatments are matched to your skin, your goal, and how much downtime you can take. All laser services are performed at our Noblesville clinic.
Every appointment starts with a skin assessment, because the right laser at the right settings matters far more than the name on the device.
A laser is only as good as the plan behind it. Different wavelengths do genuinely different jobs, so every laser appointment here starts with a look at your skin, your history, and what you actually want to change. From there we match the treatment, the settings, and the number of sessions to you rather than running everyone through the same protocol.
What Our Lasers Treat
- Fine lines, rough texture, and sun damage
- Acne scarring and other scarring
- Uneven tone, brown spots, and pigmentation
- Dullness and overall skin quality
- Unwanted hair on the face and body
- Thinning hair, as part of our hair restoration program
CO2 Laser Resurfacing
CO2 is the deepest resurfacing treatment we offer. It works fractionally, meaning the laser treats thousands of microscopic columns of skin and leaves the tissue between them untouched. Those untreated bridges are what allow the skin to heal quickly while the treated columns rebuild with fresh collagen. It is the option we reach for when texture, deeper lines, or acne scarring need real structural change rather than surface polish.
Because it works at depth, CO2 asks something of you in return: expect several days of visible redness, peeling, and social downtime, and a commitment to sun protection while you heal. We will walk you through exactly what that week looks like before you book, and we schedule it around your life rather than the other way around.
Lutronic ULTRA
The Cynosure Lutronic ULTRA is our workhorse for skin quality. It resurfaces gently enough to fit into a normal week, treating tone, texture, and pigment while creating microscopic channels in the skin. Those channels are the point: they let the serums we apply afterward absorb far more effectively than they could through intact skin, so the laser and the topical work together rather than separately.
We also use the ULTRA on the scalp as part of hair restoration, where the same channels help our regenerative topicals reach the follicle.
Laser Hair Reduction
Our hair reduction is performed with the Clarity II. The laser targets the pigment in the hair follicle and disables its ability to produce hair, which is why the treatment is done as a series: only the follicles actively growing at the time of your appointment respond, and your hair cycles in phases. Most people plan on a course of sessions spaced several weeks apart, then return occasionally for maintenance.
Common areas include underarms, legs, bikini, back, chest, and face. Shave the area before your appointment, skip waxing and plucking between sessions since the follicle needs to be there for the laser to find it, and stay out of the sun before and after.
What to Expect
Every laser visit begins with an assessment of your skin, including how it tends to respond to heat and inflammation, which guides the settings we choose. Numbing is used where it is helpful. Sessions typically run 30 to 60 minutes depending on the treatment and the area. Afterward you can expect warmth and redness, similar to a sunburn, that settles over hours to days depending on which laser we used. Sunscreen is non-negotiable while you heal, and we will send you home knowing exactly how to care for your skin.
The Yoo Direct Approach
We would rather do the right treatment three times than the wrong treatment once. That means we will tell you when a laser is not the answer, when your skin needs to be prepared first, and when a gentler series will get you further than one aggressive session. Aesthetic appointments are open to everyone, and you do not need to be a medical patient here to book one.
Location: All laser treatments are performed at our Noblesville clinic.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much downtime is there after a laser treatment?
It depends entirely on which laser. CO2 resurfacing involves several days of redness and peeling. The Lutronic ULTRA is far gentler, with redness that typically settles within a day or two. Laser hair reduction usually leaves nothing more than temporary warmth and pinkness.
How many laser hair reduction sessions will I need?
Because hair grows in cycles and only actively growing follicles respond, hair reduction is done as a series of sessions spaced several weeks apart, followed by occasional maintenance. Your provider will map out a realistic number for your hair and the area being treated at your consultation.
Can I have laser treatments if I tan easily or have deeper skin?
Often yes, but the choice of laser and the settings matter enormously, and recent sun exposure changes what is appropriate. This is exactly what the consultation is for. Never book a laser appointment on freshly tanned skin.
Which laser is right for me?
That is the honest answer to most laser questions: it depends on your skin, your goal, and how much downtime you can take. We assess first and recommend second, and sometimes the recommendation is a series of gentler treatments rather than one aggressive one.
