Sculptra
Sculptra is a regenerative, collagen-building treatment that improves skin quality and restores volume gradually, for results that look entirely natural. It is available at both our Noblesville and Greenwood locations.
Rather than adding volume instantly, Sculptra works with your body, stimulating your own collagen so the improvement builds gradually and can last up to two years or more.
Unlike traditional fillers that add volume instantly, Sculptra works with your body over time. Its active ingredient, poly-L-lactic acid, stimulates your own skin to rebuild collagen, the structural protein that gives skin its firmness and bounce. The result is a subtle, progressive improvement in skin thickness, firmness, and facial volume that develops over several weeks and can last up to two years or more. At Yoo Direct Health, this gradual, build-your-own-collagen approach is all about helping your skin age well, naturally.
What Sculptra Treats
- Loss of facial volume and gauntness
- Sunken cheeks and temples
- Deep folds and smile lines
- Overall skin laxity and thinning skin
- Crepey skin and loss of firmness, including the jawline and lower face
What to Expect
Sculptra is given as a series of treatments, usually two to three sessions spaced about a month apart, to build collagen gradually. Each session takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Because Sculptra stimulates your own collagen, results appear slowly and naturally over the following weeks and months rather than all at once. A simple at-home massage routine after treatment helps the product settle evenly. Once your full result is reached, it can last two years or longer.
The Yoo Direct Approach
Sculptra is a cornerstone of regenerative aesthetics, treatments that improve your skin from within rather than simply covering the signs of aging. You don’t have to be a medical patient to come in for aesthetics, anyone is welcome to book. With experienced injectors guiding your plan, the aim is healthier, stronger skin that ages beautifully on your terms.
Locations: Sculptra is available at both our Noblesville and Greenwood clinics.
Other Biostimulators
Sculptra is the best known collagen stimulator, but it is not the only one we offer. Regenerative options fall into two camps: products like Sculptra that prompt your body to build collagen, and treatments made from your own blood that deliver your own growth factors back to the tissue. Often the answer is a combination, and which combination depends on what your skin needs and how quickly you want to see change.
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) comes from you. A small blood draw is spun in a centrifuge to concentrate your platelets and the growth factors they carry, which are then delivered back into the skin. Nothing foreign is involved.
PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) is the next generation of PRP, spun at a gentler speed so a fibrin scaffold and white blood cells are preserved alongside the platelets. That scaffold releases growth factors gradually rather than all at once.
EZ Gel is your own PRF processed into a gel. Because it is made from your own blood rather than a manufactured product, it is a gentle option where soft volume and skin quality are the goal.
Exosomes are the messengers cells use to signal one another, used here as an enhancement within a broader treatment plan rather than as a stand-alone therapy.
Not sure which fits? That is what the consultation is for. We will look at your skin, your goals, and your timeline, then tell you honestly which of these is worth your money and which is not.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is Sculptra different from regular filler?
Traditional hyaluronic acid fillers add volume instantly. Sculptra instead stimulates your body to build its own collagen, so improvement is gradual and natural and tends to last longer.
When will I see results from Sculptra?
Results develop gradually over several weeks to a few months as new collagen forms. Most patients complete a series of two to three sessions for their full result.
How long does Sculptra last?
Because it works by rebuilding your own collagen, Sculptra results can last two years or more, longer than most traditional fillers.
Is there downtime with Sculptra?
Downtime is minimal. Some swelling, redness, or bruising is normal for a few days. We will show you a simple massage routine to do at home after each session.
Where can I get Sculptra near me?
Yoo Direct Health offers Sculptra at both our Noblesville and Greenwood, Indiana locations. You can request a consultation at either clinic online.
Sculptra pairs naturally with other treatments: add dermal fillers for immediate volume, or Botox & Dysport to soften expression lines. Curious how it fits a longer-term plan?
