Jennifer Pearson-McClean

Jennifer (Jen) is a registered nurse who graduated with her BSN from Indiana University Bloomington in 2000.  She has been with Yoo Direct Health since February of 2026. Since her time here at Yoo Direct Health, she has expanded her skill set with Biote training and pellet insertion.   Her experience in the medical field includes 26 years of Emergency Department patient care, flight nursing, Critical care float nurse, Endoscopy, Urgent care (staff nurse and management) outpatient mental health (ketamine infusions) and directing an ambulatory surgery center. Her drive to deliver safe and effective patient care is important as she continues to bring new and innovative knowledge to her patients. 

Jen is married to her husband Dan and together have 2 children Emma and Dylan , along with several furry children of the dog, cat and rabbit types! In her free time, Jen enjoys shopping for absolutely no reason, finding items to repurpose for home decor, spending time with her family, and traveling when she gets the time and money! Bucket list destination is Thailand to visit the elephant sanctuaries!

Her passion for being able to think outside the “box of traditional healthcare” and help people feel their best from the inside out has led her to YDH, and she is excited to meet and care for you in this way!
