Lexi Yoo,FNP-BC/CPNP
Chief Executive Officer (CEO), FNP-BC/CPNP
Lexi is a double board-certified nurse practitioner in the areas of family and pediatric medicine. She has been a nurse practitioner since 2011. She has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Purdue University, and a master’s from IUPUI as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Lexi decided to expand her knowledge and obtained her post-master’s degree in family practice. She has a special interest in anti-aging medicine, integrative health, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and a focus peptide therapy. She is certified through BioTE Medical, specializing in Bio-Identical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women, where she is a mentor as well as a proctor.
Lexi has completed all her functional medicine course work through The Institute for Functional Medicine, to better treat her patients while fixing the root causes of their conditions. She also has a passion for aesthetic services and has completed an Aesthetic Fellowship through the American Academy of
Anti aging. She is a national speaker as well as trainer in her areas of specialty. Lexi is also a GAIN trainer for Galderma Aesthetics.
Lexi’s passion also includes research and education. In 2022, she developed the Integrative Residency Program where she created a virtual learning opportunity for other practitioners to learn about Thyroid Health, Hormone Optimization in Men and Women, Gut Health management, Peptide Therapy, as well as Aesthetic Medicine. She will take this program live in 2023 turning it into the Yoo Direct Training Academy, a virtual based platform for like-minded practitioners.

Jessica Shaffer, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Jess is a certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and has been in the medical field since 2009. She received her BSN from Indiana University school of nursing in 2009. She worked primarily in the emergency department before returning for her Master’s degree from University of Indianapolis in 2018.
As a Nurse Practitioner she has practiced in retail health, direct primary care/addictions medicine, and virtual care.
In 2021, she became certified in aesthetic injectables such as neurotoxin and dermal filler. She has since received advanced training in biostimulators such as Sculptra and advanced hair restoration protocols.
Jess's journey with functional medicine began about three years ago when she began learning how to implement integrative medicine into local direct primary care practice. She quickly learned there were so many ways to help patients beyond the conventional status quo of a pill for every ill model! She wanted more for her patients, and more for her role as a nurse practitioner.
She has been expanding her knowledge in functional medicine since 2019 and has completed a 6 month integrative residency mentorship program with Lexi. She has also become certified as a BioTe provider, and continues her course work through the Institute for Functional Medicine as well as A4M.
She is married to Jordan and together they have a nine year old daughter and three year old son. They spend every free moment in the summer on the lake and in the off season they prioritize travel as much as their schedule allows.

Allen Stewart, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Allen is a certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and has been in the medical field for the past 21 years. He is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has been practicing as a nurse since 2002. Allen completed his graduate degree in 2012 at the University of Indianapolis. His experiences in medicine include ICU, family medicine and urgent care.
Not only will Allen bring his 21 years’ worth of experience with him, but he also knows what it's like to be a a patient at Yoo Direct Health. Initially, he sought treatment with Lexi because he was not feeling himself. His weight crept up to 290 lbs, he was tired all the time and felt like he had lost his edge. They worked on nutrition, weight loss and hormones. It took work and it didn't happen over night, but he knows from personal experience the benefits of integrated medicine. His hormones are now balanced and optimized. He has lost weight and overall feels better. He feels like these benefits improved his marriage, work and life. Allen has a passion for Men's Health. From his personal experience he knows you can feel better, have better sex and get your edge back at any age.
In his spare time, Allen can be found at the gym lifting weights or on the trail for a long walk. He is a devoted husband and father to three and is very excited for the opportunity to be a part of the Yoo Direct Health community. Allen will soon be working on a Biote certification that he will be able to add to his list if achievements. He is also working hard at adding integrative orthopedic services for our patients in the future.
Nichole Keserich, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Nikki is a board certified adult nurse practitioner. She completed both undergraduate and postgraduate through Indiana University. She has been in healthcare since 2001. She has practiced as an advanced provider since 2006. She has worked in trauma, women's health, general surgery and hospital based medicine. She has a strong interest in integrative medicine from her own personal experience and positive outcomes.
Nikki is married with two children and two bernese mountain dogs. They enjoy traveling as a family. They stay busy with sporting activities throughout the week. Nikki's hobbies include working out at Orangetheory Fitness, walking her dogs, knitting on an antique circular sock machine and sewing.
Nikki is looking forward to helping clients finding the root cause of their symptoms and developing a treatment plan.

Stacy Rawlings
Practice Manager

Stacy Rawlings is the Practice Manager for Yoo Direct Health - Noblesville. She is one of the smiling faces that you see when you first come into the office. Stacy has done a little bit of everything at Yoo Direct Health to include being our former Health Coach. She has Hashimotos Disease, an autoimmune condition, and understands how frustrating it can be when you don’t feel well and you know that something is wrong. Stacy understands the process to making adjustments to support your health can sometimes be very overwhelming and is very passionate about helping you on that journey.
Stacy has a bachelors in broadcast journalism, a certification in audio engineering, is ETP certified, holds a CrossFit L1 certificate, and is a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Outside of work, Stacy is married to her husband, Matt, and they have four children. Her step son and step daughter are 23 and 20 and her two daughters are nine and seven. She loves the chaos of having four children, two dogs, two cats, and a fish tank! Stacy also loves CrossFit and has been doing it for seven years. Although she no longer competes, she has had the privilege of being on two teams that have been to the CrossFit Games. Being an exercise enthusiast and a health coach, Stacy has found a love for Young Living Essential Oils as she uses them for everything from recovering from workouts to adding them to recipes. She loves using and sharing them as they’ve made a huge impact on her life.
Carmen Puckett RN

Carmen is a registered nurse who graduated with her BSN from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing/St. Joseph College in 2013. Carmen has been with Yoo Direct Health since 2019 and is a certified Aesthetic Injector since 2020 as well as a BioTE Practitioner since 2020. Her experience in the medical field includes surgical post-op care and critical care (ICU).
Carmen is married to her husband Gage and together have 1 child, Brooks. In her free time, Carmen enjoys aesthetic education and content creation as well as enjoying time at the family lake home, traveling and enjoying new foods.
Her passion for beauty and skincare has led her into the Nurse Injector role. Carmen is well versed in all aspects of medical aesthetics and medical grade skincare. Carmen has spent time closely learning new and innovative injection techniques and advanced protocols from Lexi.

Heather Rubeck, RN
Registered Nurse
Heather graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington with her BSN and has worked in a variety of clinical settings but most recently in aesthetics. She was trained in Medical Aesthetics at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ and is also a certified laser technician. Heather has a passion for helping her patients look and feel their best and helping them enhance their natural beauty. She is currently working on additional aesthetic certifications as well as BioTE Practitioner Certification this fall.
Heather has a 7 year old son, Paxton and they recently relocated from Bloomington to Fishers. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, live music, and traveling to new and exciting places! Her favorite city so far is Paris, France but she hopes to check a few more destinations off her travel bucket list soon!
Leigha Sprinkle, RN
Registered Nurse
Leigha has been an RN since 2007. She received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Leigha has had an extensive career in bedside Intensive Care. Most of her career was spent at Marion General in a mixed critical care unit. The past three years, she expanded to Level 1 Trauma centers through travel nursing. She spent time in Columbus, Ohio in a Cardiac ICU, Dayton, Ohio in a Trauma ICU and the last two years she has been at IU Methodist in the Neuro ICU. Leigha has been certified thru AACN in critical care for many years.
Leigha was introduced to Yoo Direct Health as an aesthetic patient of Carmen's and later became a medical patient herself. Lexi was able to identify an autoimmune thyroid condition after many trips through conventional treatments with no answers.
Leigha lives in Marion with her family, husband, 3 bonus kids, 2 dogs and many chickens. Leigha is passionate about holistic health care and is excited at the possibilities at Yoo Direct Health. She is thrilled to learn from Lexi, Haley, Heather, along with the other new and experienced staff. She is looking forward to meeting and walking alongside the patients in their care.
Leigha enjoys traveling, having new experiences, running, lifting weights, yoga, listening to podcasts and learning.

Chelsea Misch, RN
Registered Nurse
Chelsea is a registered nurse who graduated with her BSN from Indiana University. Chelsea has experience working in various acuity settings over the last 10 years including critical care (PCU) and Labor & Delivery. Chelsea has a driving passion for natural body and beauty enhancements which she’s able to share and educate her patients on to achieve their goals.
Chelsea is inspired by her husband, AJ, and 2 children – 4-year-old son Remington and 2-year-old daughter Scottie. Chelsea currently lives in Noblesville and calls the greater Indianapolis area home as she’s lived here all but 2 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and anything outside. Chelsea and her husband have visited Greece which is by far their favorite place yet with plans of continued overseas travel in the future.
Rachel Freiherr, RN
Registered Nurse
Rachel graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2014 and started her medical career at a cardiac hospital as a nursing technician, she then went on to complete her nursing degree through Ivy Tech and continued on for 9 years working bedside on a Cardiac Progressive Care unit with a focus on post open heart surgery patients and heart failure patients.
She is excited to transition to more holistic healthcare in hopes of encouraging healthy habits and lifestyles and bringing the best outcomes to patients by preventing further chronic disease progression.
She has a chocolate lab named Cooper Hawk that she loves to take hiking and to the park. She also loves spending her free time with friends exploring new restaurants, listening to live music, catching up on reality TV shows, and reading.

Jenny Himes, Health Coach

Jenny has a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in health education. She has a phlebotomy certification and is working towards her wellness coach certification through NASM. She strives to educate patients on how to establish a healthy lifestyle that can be maintained throughout their life. She has been in the functional field for eight years and loves to continuously learn how to help improve her patients' outcomes. She will be a cheerleader and mentor for you! However, she will also hold you accountable and teach you how to overcome any challenges that may arise.
Jenny has a loving fiance' and will be getting married in 2023. She has a dog that she adores and spoils with all the treats! In her free time she loves to be outdoors hiking, traveling, doing yoga, or going to the gym. She also loves to just sit and relax with a good book in hand.

For questions about billing, invoicing, financials, he will likely be the person you will speak with. You may from time to time speak to him for scheduling when the front office is tied up with patients so don't be alarmed if you hear a male voice on that call! ⠀⠀

Dr. Steven Porto
Collaborating Physician
Dr. Steven Porto, DO is a triple board certified surgeon by the ACOS, ABCS and ABFCS. His current practice is a combination of surgical expertise in the areas of general body cosmetic surgery, facial cosmetic surgery, general surgery and dermatologic surgery. He graduated from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine, did a General Surgery Residency at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH and did a Cosmetic Surgical Fellowship in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Porto’s broad surgical training and expertise allows him the ability to offer several different options to his patients in a constant effort to help his patients reach their goals.
Dr. Porto is from Parkland, FL and has 3 beautiful girls in his life; wife and practice manager Nurse Casey, and daughters Leni and Josi. In his free time, he enjoys living a healthy and active lifestyle including golfing, traveling, and cooking. Dr. Porto is available for consult for the Yoo Direct Health providers to ensure our patients are receiving the best care.
