Yoo Direct Health is a practice focused on patient centered care with a direct pay model. Patient centered care simply means that we put the needs of the patient first when making clinical decisions. This means more time with the provider listening to your health care needs and coming up with a plan based on your preferences, values, and needs. The direct pay models allows more direct access to the provider via secure messages, phone, and/or text. Have total access to your provider when you need them most.
We do NOT
accept insurance for care, but we can provide you with an itemized receipt for you to submit. You are also able to use your HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA) as method of payment.
We can bill insurance for blood work.
$225Annual Membership (individual)
In order to be a part of our level of service we have an annual access fee. You will get incomparable communication and personalized care with your provider directly. Not to mention additional savings on in office labs, studies, and procedures when compared to non- patients. We will save you far more money on your prescriptions
and workups than you would ever imagine by making smart decisions that optimize your dollar value. We are not the traditional medical clinic and shouldn’t be compared to any either. The fee for our service will be buried in your first office visit of “your year of care." You get all of the benefits above and more for a fee of $225 for the year.
$325 Annual Membership
If you are a couple / family that file taxes with the family members as tax dependents; then the fee is only $325 for all dependents and their parents living in the same residential address. Family fees do not apply to adults living in separate residences. The $225 for the first family member is assessed at their visit and then whenever the additional family member comes a fee of only $100 is charged (for a total of $325).
$75 Follow Up Apt
Follow Up Visits.
This fee starts the month of your first visit and is due the first of the same month the next calendar year. We want you to be an active part of your healthcare. Get affordable VIP care.
New Patient Deposit
A deposit of the Access Fee plus the Office Visit will be taken at the time of scheduling. If cancelled within 24 hours of appointment the deposit will be forfeited.
Family = Spouses (Significant Others living together) and their children whom can be claimed on their tax documents and living permanently in their same household.
