New Medical Patient Deposit

A deposit of the Access Fee plus the Office Visit will be taken at the time of scheduling.  If cancelled within 24 hours of appointment the deposit will be forfeited. 

New Non Medical Aesthetic Patient

A deposit of $100 will be taken at the time of scheduling.  If cancelled within 24 hours of appointment the deposit will be forfeited. 

Patient Appointment No Show Fee

A $75 No Show Fee will be charged to the patient if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment or patient does not show up.
