Microneedling

Rejuvapen provides the most effective medical grade micro-needling treatment available. This system creates thousands of micro perforations on the skin stimulating natural collagen and fibroblast formation. The handpiece uses a 9-pin single use needle that can penetrate from 0.20 -2.50 mm depth very safely and very hygienically. As a result of these micro perforations the skin shifts its natural repair mechanism into high gear and starts producing collagen and elastin to repair these micro perforations. This self-repairing property of the skin is a 100% natural form of skin renewal from the inside out. The advantage of the Rejuvapen compared to other treatments is that it not only activates cell regeneration, it also enhances the absorption of active ingredients of topicals into the skin during and after the treatment before the micro channels close.

Hydrafacial

Hydrafacial uses a combination of patented vortex fusion technology, antioxidant and peptide rich serums, LED light therapy and lymphatic drainage to leave your skin with a clean healthy glow.
The protocol formed is to cleanse the face, exfoliate deep into the pores, then place hydration back into the skin.  Red LED light therapy is used to reduce post-procedure redness. Blue light therapy is used to target p.acne bacteria (a strain of bacteria that plays a key role in causing most acne conditions). Lastly, lymphatic drainage can be performed to increase lymph node drainage, clearing out toxins.

Add boosters to you facial to target fine lines and wrinkles, acne, or hyperpigmentation (sun spots or acne scarring).

Botox After Care Instructions

Do NOT manipulate the treated area for 3 hours following treatment.

Do NOT lie down for 4 hours after your Botox treatment. This will prevent the Botox from tracking into the orbit of your eye and causing drooping eyelid.

It can take approximately 4 to 7 days for results to be seen. If the desired result is not seen after 2 weeks of your treatment you may need additional Botox. You are charged for the amount of product used. Therefore, you will be charged for a product used during any touch-up or subsequent appointments.

Do NOT perform activities involving straining, heavy lifting, or vigorous exercise for 24 hours after treatment. This will keep the Botox in the injected area and not elsewhere.

Platelet Rich Plasma Treatment

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a non-invasive and safe rejuvenation treatment because it is autologous — meaning it uses blood plasma from your own body to rejuvenate the skin.
PRP Services
  • Microneedling with PRP (Facial)
  • Microneedling with PRP (stretch mark)
  • PRP face lift
  • PRP under eye correction
  • Hair Restoration (scalp prp)

The platelets in PRP are nutrient-rich cells that stimulate the regeneration of the underlying structural integrity of your skin. These growth factors work to stimulate the release of the skin’s own stem cells encouraging the skin to create new blood vessels, stimulate new collagen growth, and grow new skin cells.

Prp Treatments Are Ideal Treating:

  • Sun damaged skin or sun spots
  • Wrinkles, fine lines, scars on the face, neck, and hands
  • Crepey or sagging skin due to aging
  • Crow’s feet or dark circles under the eyes
  • Dull, rough, or sallow skin tone and texture
  • Acne scarring

How Long Does the Prp Treatment Process Take?

PRP therapy takes approximately 90 minutes including preparation, treatment, and recovery time. The treatment is typically performed during an office visit with no need for a hospital stay.

How Long Is Recovery Time From a Prp Treatment?

Recovery time varies but typically it takes 2-3 days to return to social activities, with optimal results being evident within 5-6 weeks.

It is recommended to avoid wearing makeup for a few days after the procedure. Your skin will be regenerating new skin cell growth so it will need extra protection from sun.

Avoid sun exposure for at least one month after treatment — even in winter or in a cold climate. Wear a broad-spectrum sunblock with a minimum SPF of 30. The primary active ingredients of your sunblock should include zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.

PRP Hair Restoration Process

step 1

Your blood is drawn — typically from your arm — and put into a centrifuge (a machine that spins rapidly to separate fluids of different densities).

step 2

After about 10 minutes in the centrifuge, your blood will have separated into in three layers:

platelet-poor plasma
platelet-rich plasma
red blood cells

step 3

The platelet-rich plasma is drawn up into a syringe and then injected into areas of the scalp that need increased hair growth.

Restylane

A Restylane injection is designed to work like this natural hyaluronic acid in the body to fill in creases to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Restylane is FDA approved and is considered to be a safe method of smoothing skin. ... Restylane is specifically for use in patients 21 and over.

Restylane Aftercare

Recovery time varies for each patient and for each type of filler injected. You can resume most activities right away, but it is generally recommended that you avoid intense physical activity for the first 24-48 hours to minimize swelling and bruising.

What Should I Expect

Got questions? We’ve got answers.

Hair Removal

  • How does the treatment feel?

Most patients experience a mild "snapping" on the skin as the laser is moved over the treatment area.  Our laser has a specialized skin-coolling system that provides a more comfortable treatment.  Some treatment areas can be more sensitive than others.

  • How long does the treatment take and how many will I need?

Depending on the size and area to be treated, it could take anywhere from 5-30 minutes.  While you may see some hair reduction from your first treatment, hair grows in cycles, which requires several treatments to effectively remove unwanted hair growth.  Most patients need at least 5 treatments, spaced 4-8 weeks apart, for optimal resutls.

  • How do I prepare for a treatment?

Usually the area to be treated should be shaved first to ensure a more comfortable and effective treatment, but we will provide you with detailed instructions prior to your first treatment.

  • How much are the treatments?

Our base prices are listed on our website under Services.  Feel free to call us to schedule a free consultation.  317-523-9160

  • Can you treat all skin types?

Yes!  Our laser can remove hair for all skin types.

Unwanted Pigment

  • How does the treatment feel?

The discomfort level of treating pigmented lesions is generally mild and will vary depending on the area being treated.  Our providers will work with you to ensure the procedure is comfortable.

  • How long does the treatment take?

Depending on the size and area being treated, it could take anywhere from 5-15 minutes.

  • How many treatments will I need?

Our providers will work with you to determine the number of treatments you will need, depending on the results you are looking to achieve.

  • What will happen after the treatment?

You may see a slight darkening of the unwanted pigment up to ten days after treatment, which will fade as your body naturally removes the discoloration. Over the next several weeks, you will notice a lightening of the treated area.

Redness and Veins

  • How does the treatment feel?

The discomfort level of treating pigmented lesions is generally mild and will vary depending on the area being treated. Our providers will work with you to ensure the procedure is comfortable.

  • How long does the treatment take?

Depending on the size and area being treated, it could take anywhere from 5-15 minutes.

  • What will happen after the treatment?

There is little-to-no downtime. You should be able to return to normal activities and wear makeup right away.

  • How long before I see results?

Some veins may immediately disappear while others will take time to be broken down and removed by your body.
