Jessica Shaffer

Jess is a certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and has been in the medical field since 2009. She received her BSN from Indiana University School of Nursing in 2009. She worked primarily in the emergency department before completing her master’s degree from University of Indianapolis in 2018. As an NP she has practiced in acute care, integrative medicine, and addiction’s medicine.  

In 2021, she became trained in aesthetic injectables such as neurotoxin and dermal filler. She has since received advanced training in biostimulators and the use of advanced growth factors and microneedling treatments.  

She was the first student in the Yoo Direct Health Training program and is certified as a BioTe provider. She continues her coursework through the Institute for Functional Medicine and has completed certifications through A4M.  

Jessica and her husband, Jordan, have an 11-year-old daughter and four-year-old son. In her free time; she prioritizes travel, reading, attending her children’s sporting events and spending summer days on the lake.
